       On January 14, 2016, Ms Lin Ba, who has solid theoretical foundation and extensive practice experience in employment matters, gave a lecture on four employment cases. Ms Lin covered unlawful termination of employment contract by employers, whether foreigners working in China should abide by the statutory retirement age in China and lawful termination of employment contract by employers. The four cases not only helped attendees pick up the provisions but also enrich their practical knowledge about employment matters.
