Legal Learning: Judicial Interpretation Three on Insurance Law and study on two marriage cases

On January 7, 2016, Keen Right held the first legal learning weekly meeting and studied Judicial Interpretation Three on Insurance Law. Mr Jian Li gave the lecture.
Mr Li guided the attendees to learn every provision of Interpretation Three by the Supreme People’s Court on the Application of Insurance Law of People’s Republic of China. The Interpretation Three gave further interpretation about practical issues about the application of Insurance Law. Thus, it was necessary to study and interpret it provision by provision.
After that, the attendees studied two marriage cases: one was about housing property division; the other was about child support expense. Both were typical and worthy discussion and study. The attendees were very active to present their opinions. It was a very lively meeting that enhanced the understanding of every attendee about marriage law and its judicial interpretation.
In the end, chief director Haixia Xu and senior partner Minfei Chen made brief summary about legal learning. They both believed that legal learning were helpful in enhancing their capability in learning and practice.
