On January 21, 2016, Keen Right held the legal learning weekly meeting and studied about anti-domestic violence law. Mr Zhen Zhang led the meeting.
Recently, the first anti-domestic violence law was adopted and shall take effect on March 1, 2016. Mr Zhang guided the attendees to learn about provisions of Anti-domestic Violence Law of the People’s Republic of China and interpreted and discussed about important provisions.
After that, Mr Zhang and Ms Sang gave lectures on a commercial house presale contract dispute, which involved promotion advertisement and unpaid contract price. Study about this complicated case was significant to practice.
