Graduated from Zhejiang University City College, bachelor’s degree in law of Zhejiang University; since 2009, he has practiced law in Shanghai Keen Right Law Firm.

Mr Zhang has served as legal counsel for Shanghai Jukun Real Industry Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zhouying Trade Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baohui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Guangdong Baohui Construction Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lingyu Property Management Co., Ltd., Minmetals (Shantou) Yuedong Logistics New City Development Co., Ltd., etc.
With respect to litigation, Mr Zhang has represented in housing sales contract disputes, house leasing contract disputes, right to recourse on bill, property service contract disputes, construction contract disputes, etc.
