Mr Zhang has served as legal counsel for Minmetals, Greentown group, Shanghai Yangpu Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd., Chang Jia Group, Ehousee, etc.

Mr Zhang is proficient in real estate trading procedures and court enforcement procedures. He is also extensively experienced in merger and acquisition and assets packaging for large real estate projects. He has represented Shanghai Jinfeng Investment Co., Ltd. in transferring Piazza Venezia project valued at 200 million RMB and taking Science and Technology Development Building valued at 100 million RMB as transferee, a Shenzhen investment company in taking No. 54 land valued at 300 million RMB as transferee and a Shenzhen investment company in taking assets package valued at 4,500 million RMB. In addition, Mr Zhang provided legal service in the whole process of all underwriting projects of Shanghai Jinfeng Investment Co., Ltd.
