Ms Sang has served as legal counsel for a joint equity venture in its equity purchase project, a finance leasing company, Shanghai Zhongxinjin Holding Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiading Jishiyu Loan Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiashan Network Technology Co., Ltd.

With respect to litigation, Ms Sang has represented in futures brokerage contract disputes, sales contract disputes, loan contract disputes, employment contract disputes, traffic accident damages, etc.
