Graduated from Osaka University and graduate school of East China University of Political Science and Law. He has worked in Japanese Oh-Ebash Law Firm Shanghai representative office, Zhaochen Huiya Law Firm as a lawyer, Asia Economy Turnaround Initiative Corporation (Osaka headquarter, China Counsel), Beijing Jun Ze Jun Law Offices Shanghai Office (Director of Japanese Department), and Dacheng (Shanghai) Law Firm(Director of Japanese Department). Now Mr Guan is the partner of Shanghai Keen Right Law Firm.

Mr Guan has served as legal counsel for both domestic and foreign companies including Marubeni, Sojitz, Yanmar, Toyato, ITOCHU, Minmetals, Shanghai Ba Shi Group, Earth Group, Kokubu, Kasen International, Cross Company, etc. He provided legal service in merger and acquisition and company operation for both domestic and foreign companies.

Proficient in Japanese, Mr Guan is able to provide legal service in Japanese. He focuses areas in merger and acquisition, corporate matters, international commercial arbitration, etc.
