Graduated from Zhenzhou University, bachelor’s degree in law.

Ms Cao has served as legal counsel for Henan Power Supply Co., Ltd. Xinxiang branch and took part in transformation of state-owned assets of the said company. She has also been legal counsel for Xinxiang Hesilu Drink Co., Ltd. and helped handle several real estate mortgage cases.

With respect to litigation, she has handled contract disputes, marriage and family disputes, body injury, etc.
