Bachelor’s degree in law; since 2009, he has practiced law in Shanghai Keen Right Law Firm.

Mr Fan has served as counsel for Shanghai Yangpu City Construction Investment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pucheng Greenland Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yangpu Gardening Construction and Maintenance Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zhongfang Jinyi Investment Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Caoan International Mall Marketing and Management Co., Ltd., etc.
With respect to litigation, Mr Fan has represented in contracted operation disputes, shareholders’ rights, lease contracts, employment contracts, body injury, marriage, etc.
